The Veroruhu is a river in East Timor .

course

The Veroruhu rises in the southeast of the Sucos Muapitine ( Lautém municipality ), west of the Vero river and south of the Paitchau mountain range and Ira Lalaros , East Timor's largest lake. At the source, the water cascades over pebbles. The Veroruhu flows south and finally flows into the Timor Sea .

fauna

In 2006 an indeterminate young of the genus Lentipes was found in the west of the Tchino River and an adult female in the source of the Veroruhu. The characteristics do not match other lentipes species of lip-toothed gobies. Sicyopterus caeruleus and Sicyopterus hageni were identified as fish species at the source of the Veroruhu .
