Vers les Lacs is a small cirque in the Vaudois Pre-Alps near the Col des Mosses in the Swiss canton of Vaud .

The valley lies north of the Pic Chaussy in the municipality of Ormont-Dessous . Melt water creates three small lakes in the valley called the Trio of Vers les Lacs or Les Petits Lacs . The stream that rises in the valley is one of the tributaries of the La Reverette stream , which drains into the Mediterranean via the Grande Eau and the Rhône . This means that the valley is located directly on the Rhine-Rhône watershed, while Hongrin , which rises in the neighboring valley of Lac Lioson, is already part of the Rhine's sphere of influence .

The valley can only be reached on foot, either directly from Col des Mosses in about an hour or from Lac Lioson via a ridge des Pic Chaussy (about 30 minutes). The slope of the valley and the lakes provide shelter for wildlife such as marmots and ibex . Directly on the largest of the three lakes there is a hut with overnight accommodation and restaurants, which is open throughout the summer.
