The administrative community Moos, founded on May 1, 1978, is located in the Lower Bavarian district of Deggendorf and is formed by the following communities:

  1. Buchhofen , 896 inhabitants, 15.73 km²
  2. Moos , 2337 inhabitants, 32.24 km²

The administrative community is based in Moos.

The original third member, the municipality of Aholming , was dismissed with effect from January 1, 1986 and has been a unified church ever since .
