In the administrative community of Torgau from the district of North Saxony in the Free State of Saxony , two municipalities have come together to handle their administrative business. Andrea Staude is the head of the administrative community . Before the incorporation of Pflückuff to Torgau on January 1, 2009 and the incorporation of Zinna to Torgau on January 1, 2013, two communities belonged to the administrative community.
