Remarks:
- ↑ a b In contrast to other federation subjects, there is no subdivision of municipalities (Munizipale formations, Russian Munizipalnoje obrasowanije ) into urban and rural municipalities ( Gorodskoje or Selskoje posselenije ) in the third administrative level (below the Rajons) in the Republic of Udmurtia . Six of the parishes in different Rajons each include an urban settlement: the city of Kambarka and the five urban-type settlements of Balesino , Igra , Jar , Nowy and Uwa . Their population is designated as urban population. All other communities consist only of rural settlements.
