Victor is located in western Montana in the Bitterroot Valley , about 19 kilometers north of Hamilton, the largest city in Ravalli County and its administrative center.

Victor has a school for the ages of kindergarten through grade 12. 118 students are currently enrolled at the high school , which has 10 teachers. The school's mascot is a pirate .

Demographics

Victor's population of 859 people found in the 2000 census lived in 351 households; 230 of them were families. The population density was 207 per km². 375 residential units were recorded in the settlement area. The population was 96.2% White, 1.5% American Indians, and 0.9% from other races; 1.4% said they belonged to several ethnic groups.
