Victoria Chaplin

Victoria Chaplin (born May 19, 1951 in Santa Monica , California ) is an American actress and circus performer.

Life

Victoria Chaplin was born the fourth child out of the fourth marriage of actor Charlie Chaplin to Oona O'Neill . Victoria Chaplin has seven other siblings; Geraldine Chaplin , Michael Chaplin , Josephine Chaplin , Eugene Chaplin , Jane Chaplin , Annette Chaplin , Christopher Chaplin . The half-siblings Norman Chaplin, Charles Chaplin junior and Sydney Chaplin come from earlier marriages of her father .

Like most of her siblings, Victoria Chaplin made her acting debut in a film by her father. As a baby she was in the spotlight . In 1967, at the age of 16, she appeared again alongside Charles Chaplin in The Countess of Hong Kong in front of the camera.

Victoria Chaplin is married to the French circus artist Jean-Baptiste Thiérrée , with whom she performs together. The couple have a daughter, Aurélia Thierrée, and a son, James Thiérrée . The two also followed in their parents' footsteps and performed as artists in the circus as children.
