Viktor shower weather
Viktor Brausewetter (born September 12, 1845 in Gumbinnen in East Prussia , † March 12, 1926 in Vienna ) was an Austrian industrialist.
Brausewetter studied at the Technical University of Hanover . He then worked as a construction director at the State Railway Company . His projects included routing the Moravian-Silesian Central Railway and the Waagtal Railway .
Together with Adolph Freiherr von Pittel , he founded the concrete construction company Pittel and Brausewetter in 1870, first in Pressburg , and from 1878 in Vienna, which later also had branches in Sofia , Bielsko , Prague and Budapest .
Brausewetter was also the senior partner of the E. Gartner construction company .
On the occasion of his 80th birthday in 1925, as a pioneer in concrete construction, he received honorary academic citizenship from the Vienna University of Technology .
The Brausewettergasse in Vienna- Floridsdorf was named in his honor in 1955 . His tomb is in the Simmering Evangelical Cemetery .
