The Villa Bellemaison in Höllriegelskreuth , a district of the municipality of Pullach in the Isar valley in the Munich district , was built in 1908 for the poet Carl Sternheim (1878–1942). The villa on the high bank of the Isar at Zugspitzstraße 15 is a protected architectural monument .

The palatial two-storey complex on a high basement with a mansard hipped roof , central risalit , rich architectural facade structure and open staircase was built in the Louis-Seize style according to plans by the architect Gustav von Cube (1873–1931). The architect was the brother-in-law of the client Carl Sternheim.

The villa stands in a spacious park with a marble fountain basin.

The Linde AG bought the villa and was back in 1986 cultivation in glass and steel architecture built for office use.
