Villa Dr.-Schmincke-Allee 23 (Radebeul)
The Villa Dr.-Schmincke-Allee 23 is located in the Serkowitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built in 1891 by the local builders, the Ziller brothers . In 1930, the architect Max Czopka rebuilt the rear of the building, created an extension there and removed the entire facade structure, which originally corresponded to that of Villa Dr.-Schmincke-Allee 16 .
description
The two-story, along with its enclosure under monument protection standing cottage-like villa has a size of three to two window axes, to a rear mounting. On top of it sits a flattened, slate-covered hip roof , in which there is a porthole in the street view . Also in the street view there is a veranda with an exit on top.
The windows are framed by sandstone walls, on the upper floor they are designed as arched windows and carry a keystone. The facades are now only greatly reduced.
The enclosure consists of neo-baroque decorative grid fields between sandstone pillars.
