The listed villa , including its outbuilding, is a two-storey residential building with a sloping, undeveloped and slated hipped roof .

In the symmetrical, five-axis street view of the longitudinally oriented villa there is a three-axis central projection . This is a terrace with staircase to the front yard and a pillar - and pillared Altan presented. The central door leading to the balcony is through a segmentbogige Hood Mold crowned. All other windows in this view have suspensions.

The plastered building in the Italian Renaissance style is structured and adorned by cornices and sparingly by stucco ornaments. The windows are framed by sandstone walls.
