Villa Lina

description

The under monument protection standing villa for rent , also known as Villa classified, is a two story house. It stands on a base made of polygonal quarry stone masonry with sandstone edging and has a hipped roof protruding far above with a platform and dormers that were added later.

In the street view, there is a two-axis modified side elevation on the left , in front of the back on the right there is a metal veranda , which was expanded in 1905 and is now two-story, with ornamental Art Nouveau glazing.

In the right side view, in front of the rear edge of the building, there is a square, three -story tower with a tent roof and a two-story stand bay . In the left side view there is a porch with an outside staircase and the house entrance.

The facades of the plastered building were subsequently simplified. The windows are framed by sandstone walls and partly protected by complex roofs .

The enclosure is a lancet fence between sandstone posts.

The origin of the rental villa resembles the residential building next to it (Goethestrasse 10), which was built at the same time by the same contractor and for the same client. Three years later, Grafe also built a rental villa in Oberlößnitz (Fritz-Schulze-Straße 14, 400 meters away as the crow flies).
