Villeneuve-Saint-Nicolas is a village and a former French community with 140 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belonged to the Arrondissement of Chartres and the Canton of Voves .

With effect from January 1, 2016, the previous municipalities of Voves , Montainville , Rouvray-Saint-Florentin and Villeneuve-Saint-Nicolas were merged into a Commune nouvelle called Les Villages Vovéens and have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are located in Voves.
