Vinzenz Kudernatsch

Vinzenz Kudernatsch (born November 3, 1867 in Westetz , † December 24, 1946 in Poysdorf ) was a Lower Austrian collector of coins and prehistoric materials.

Life

He was the son of the gardener Josef Kudernatsch and Anna geb. Cutter. He learned the saddlery trade . After years of traveling , he settled in Poysdorf as a saddler in August 1893. There he married on January 30, 1894 with Rosalia Erben, the daughter of the master plumber Konstantin Erben and Rosalia née. Strobl. In addition to coins, he mainly collected prehistoric and paleontological materials. In 1908 he sold parts of his collection to the Rollett Museum in Baden and the Lower Austrian State Museum, and in 1928 to the Mistelbach City Museum . The coin collection remained in the private possession of the family.
