Vittorio Emanuele Aleandri

Vittorio Emanuele Aleandri (born March 5, 1863 in San Severino Marche , Marken ; died August 9, 1927 ) was an Italian local historian and dialect poet.

Act

Aleandri wrote writings on the history and art history of his hometown and the dialect in the area of ​​San Severino Marche, Italian dialetto maceratese , in which he also wrote poems himself. On the recommendation of the conservationist Milziade Santoni, he became Deputy City Secretary of Camerino . He submitted a proposal to set up a commission to research and reorganize the archive and offered to do this for the Camerino district. As secretary of the village of Vitorchiano, he published a brochure in 1914 with a compilation of the documents from the local city and notary archives and, as early as 1911, contributions to the Lombard artists and works of art in this city. He also wrote biographies on artists from the brands for the General Lexicon of Fine Artists from Antiquity to the Present .

Aleandri's grandfather was a brother of the architect Ireneo Aleandri (1795-1885) about whom he wrote several articles.
