Volker Stockel

Volker Stockel (born April 14, 1966 in Münstermaifeld ) is a German cameraman and filmmaker .

Career

Volker Stockel has been working as a cameraman since the early 1990s. As a permanent cameraman and video technician for the Kelly Family , he traveled with them and was instrumental in the production of more than twelve different "Kelly Family" films. He was involved in the production of two Iron Man DVDs for extreme athlete Joey Kelly .

In addition to his permanent job with the Kelly Family, he filmed many other national and international artists over the years, such as B. Johnny Cash , Michael Hirte , Aaron Carter , Joe Cocker and the Ochsenknechts . Since 2000 he has been working as a freelance cameraman, filmmaker and video producer and runs his own studio based in Koblenz.

Over 20 different martial arts DVDs (including with the well-known US actor and kickboxer Don Wilson ) have been created by him over the years as director , cameraman and editor . He creates fan and music videos for musicians.

At the end of 2014, the Koblenz District Court opened insolvency proceedings against his assets .

Awards

For the film Though Road III by the Kelly Family he received the Platinum Award from the Federal Association of the Phonographic Industry
