The Vorrnipa ( Norwegian for projecting peak is) a 2320 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the Kirwanveggen, it rises from the Neumayer steep face immediately south of the Vestvorren ridge .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named the mountain, mapped it on the basis of surveys and aerial photographs of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952) and aerial photographs of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960) from 1958 to 1959 .
