The Voxtron GmbH is a German IT and software company based in Ahlen , North Rhine-Westphalia and is one of Enghouse Systems Limited. It is the leading software manufacturer in Germany for customer interaction solutions and communication solutions within the company. The Voxtron Group currently employs around 100 people around the world, 50 of them in German-speaking countries.
Company history
Voxtron GmbH was founded in 1999 by Ralf Mühlenhöver and Geert van Compernolle.
The former Westphalia colliery in Ahlen has been the company's headquarters since 2007 .
In 2007, Voxtron GmbH received the 2007 Innovation Prize at CeBIT in Hanover from Initiative Mittelstand for its product agenTel 6 in the communication category.
On October 3, 2014, Voxtron was bought by the Canadian company "Enghouse Systems Limited", according to the press release for 6.7 million euros.

Products
The Voxtron Group develops and sells products in the field of software for customer interaction. The software is used in call and contact centers , messaging (voice mail, fax-to-mail, web chat), CTI, multichannel and multimedia routing, business object routing (distribution of business objects e.g. tweets , Facebook entries , Postings ) Unified Communications , voice portals (Audiotex, IVR, telephone banking) and special applications in the voice and telephony area.
Voxtron Communication Center
The Voxtron Communication Center is an application that can be flexibly adapted to the workflows of customer communication and has a modular structure that enables the routing of inbound and outbound calls, faxes, emails, voice mails, web chats and business transactions. Cross-company reporting for determining key figures enables utilization to be optimized. The functionality of the Voxtron Communication Center has also been checked and certified by TÜV Rheinland .
