Vrigne-aux-Bois is a village and a former French commune with 3,207 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region . It belonged to the Arrondissement of Sedan and the Canton of Sedan-1 .

With effect from January 1, 2017, the former municipalities of Vrigne-aux-Bois and Bosseval-et-Briancourt were merged into a Commune nouvelle called Vrigne aux Bois and have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . To distinguish it from the old church, the new church no longer has any hyphens in its name. The administrative center is in Vrigne-aux-Bois.

Vrigne-aux-Bois is located in northern France on the border with Belgium . The northern municipal border coincides with the state border. Sedan is about 10 kilometers southeast, Reims about 100 kilometers southwest.
