Vyron Papadopoulos

Vyron Papadopoulos ( Greek Βύρων Παπαδόπουλος , born February 22, 1986 in Thessaloniki ) is a Greek handball player who is mostly used on the left wing .

The 1.78 m tall and 75 kg heavy right-hander began his professional career at PAOK Thessaloniki , with whom he reached the second round of the 2006/07 EHF European Cup Winners' Cup . With AO Dimou Thermaikou he was eliminated from the EHF Challenge Cup 2009/10 in the round of 16. He then moved to ESN Vrilissia, with whom he competed again in the Challenge Cup and won the Greek Cup. From October 2011 he ran for the German second division club HC Empor Rostock . He has been under contract with ASV Hamm-Westfalen since the 2017/18 season .

Vyron Papadopoulos made at least 46 international appearances for the Greek national team until January 2017 , in which he scored 200 goals.
