The elections to the Legislative Council in Kenya in 1956 took place in September 1956 in what was then the British Crown Colony of Kenya .

The national elections in 1956 were the last elections to the Legislative Council of Kenya in which only whites and Indians were eligible to vote. Fourteen Europeans, six Indians and one Arab were elected to the Legislative Council.
