Waldemar Font
Waldemar Font (born in Havana in the 20th century ) is a former Cuban boxer .
Waldemar Font was in 1993 at the 7th World Championships in Tampere, Finland world champion in flyweight. After a first-round knockout victory in the semifinals over the Irish Damaen Kelly , he defeated the Uzbeks Achemedov on points 17: 8 in the final. In 1997 he was second in the bantamweight championship.
