Waldomir Pacheco Buca (born May 1, 1959 ) is a former Brazilian soccer player .

Career

Buca played in the youth of Valencia . Before he moved from FC São Paulo to the Bundesliga for Hamburger SV in 1979 . Buca was the first Brazilian at HSV. He strengthened the midfield to include the players Felix Magath , Kevin Keegan , Jimmy Hartwig , Caspar Memering and Holger Hieronymus . But in the 1979/80 season , when HSV finished second behind FC Bayern Munich with two points behind , Buca could not prevail, coach Branko Zebec gave him a one-time 45-minute trust. He played on matchday 24, the second half against Eintracht Frankfurt . When the score was 4: 0 for Hamburg, he was substituted for Willi Reimann , the game ended 5: 0. After the season he moved to Hannover 96 in the 2nd Bundesliga , where he didn't get a chance.
