Valery Vladimirovich Sakharevich ( Russian Валерий Владимирович Захаревич ; born August 14, 1967 in Bekobod , Uzbek SSR ) is a former Russian sword fencer .
successes
Valery Sakharevich won in 1998 in La Chaux-de-Fonds with the team bronze at the world championships . He took part in the Olympic Games twice: at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona he was part of the delegation of the United Team , with whose team he took third place. Together with Pawel Kolobkow , Sergei Kostarew , Serhij Kravchuk and Andrei Schuwalow he received the bronze medal. In 1996 he finished the individual competition in Atlanta in 30th place, while he reached the final with the Russian team. She lost the battle against Italy at 43:45 , so Sakharevich won silver with Alexander Beketow and Pawel Kolobkow.
