Walter Cimbal

Walter Julius Otto Cimbal (born April 9, 1877 in Neisse , † January 17, 1964 in Hamburg ) was a German psychiatrist and neurologist .

Life

Cimbal completed a medical degree after finishing school . The approbation he received in 1900 and 1902 he was at the University of Breslau for Dr. med. PhD . From 1904 to 1933 he was first senior physician and then chief physician of the psychiatric department of the Altona City Hospital . He was involved as a child and youth psychiatrist . Cimbal, the author of specialist books, made appearances on radio during the Weimar Republic from 1926 to 1931 .
