Walter Ullrich (actor)

Walter Ullrich (born January 29, 1931 in Mönchengladbach ) is a German actor , theater director and theater director .

Career

Walter Ullrich was born at the end of the Weimar Republic in Mönchengladbach as a child of a theater family and already played his first role at the age of three in the play Madame Butterfly . After completing a traineeship at the theater in Halberstadt at the age of 15, he began his career as an actor and director. From the 1960s onwards he played in numerous television and cinema films and directed various German theaters, most recently as director of the Neuwieder Schlosstheater and the Kleiner Theater im Park in Bad Godesberg . In Bad Godesberg, for example, he worked with Lilian Harvey in Agatha Christie's Spider Web .
