geography

course

The Walzenbach rises in a wooded area in three source branches northeast of Ailertchen . After the confluence of the source streams, it initially flows in a south-easterly direction, crosses under the B 255 and then runs along the northern edge of the forest. Shortly before Ahlsberg, a stream flows to it from the right, which is shown on some maps as the upper reaches of the Walzenbach. The Walzenbach now flows in a northeastern direction, then turns to the east and finally flows into the Schafbach .
