Wang Jianxun (born November 14, 1981 in Tonghua ) is a former Chinese ski jumper .

Career

Wang jumped like his teammates for the ski club Jillin and from 2003 to 2006 took part regularly in the Continental Cup . The best place he ever achieved in this series was a 23rd place in Braunlage in the 2003/04 season. Wang took part in the Nordic Ski World Championships 2005 in Oberstdorf . He only started with the team and reached 14th place on the normal hill and ended up in front of the team from Italy and 14th on the large hill and also landed here before the team from Belarus. He also participated in the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin in part. With the team he reached 16th and last place. In the 2006/07 season he only competed at the Universiade in Pragelato . He skipped the 2007/08 season completely. In the 2008/09 season he went back to an FIS Cup in Yabuli , Germany, and finished in 13th place. There he took part in the Universiade again in February 2009. After the 2008/09 season, he ended his career.
