Coat of arms of Borkum in the port of Borkum

The coat of arms of Borkum is a passenger ferry operated by AG Ems between Emden , Borkum and Eemshaven.

At the end of the 1970s, several test drives were carried out between Harlesiel and Wangerooge. After that, however, it was decided against using this line.

Between 1988 and 1994 the ship was used in Oulu, Finland.

In 1995 the ship was rebuilt.

The ship has been in the Emden - Knock - Eemshaven - Borkum liner service since 2005.
