The Warme Fischa is a stream in eastern Lower Austria . It rises in the Fischau foothills in the municipality of Bad Fischau and flows through Wiener Neustadt , Lichtenwörth , Eggendorf , Ebenfurth and Pottendorf , where it flows into the Leitha . In the Schmuckerau in Wiener Neustadt, a recreation area by the stream, the river divides for a short time, and the resulting branch is also called the Hammerbach .
It is noteworthy that the Warme Fischa in the urban area of Wiener Neustadt flows under the Wiener Neustädter Canal , which in turn flows over it on a bridge. This fact, namely that two bodies of water flow over each other, is also one of the seven wonders of Wiener Neustadt .
