The house at Wassertorstraße 13 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building is located south of the Quedlinburger Schloßberg in the Westendorf district . To the east (left) is the listed building at Wassertorstraße 12 , to the west by building at Wassertorstraße 15, 16 . The house is registered in the Quedlinburg Monument Register and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site .
Architecture and history
The narrow two-story half - timbered house was built in 1913 as a new building in the style of the Heimat style . The design of the house imitates a half-timbered house from the second half of the 16th century. The upper storey cantilevers. The half-timbered facade is richly decorated. There is the inscription built in 1913 - Karl Koblenz .
The garden belonging to the house is located at the rear and extends along the slope to the Mühlgraben .
