The house at Wassertorstraße 18 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building is located south of the Quedlinburger Schloßberg in the Westendorf district . The building, which is also listed, borders on Wassertorstraße 19 to the west . The house is registered in the Quedlinburg Monument Register and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site .
Architecture and history
The very narrow half-timbered house , only three bundles wide , was built around 1740. The two-storey house is covered with a mansard roof . There is a mezzanine floor on the lower floor . The upper storey cantilevers a little. The facade is decorated with a profiled threshold and decorative infills.
On the garden side, the house stands on a base made of rubble stones . This is followed by an extension, which was also built in half-timbered construction. A quarry stone wall delimits the property on Wassertorstrasse 19 to the west.
The garden of the houses is at the rear and runs down along the slope towards the Mühlgraben .
