Watch Them Die is an American metalcore and thrash metal band from Oakland , California that was formed in 2003.
history
The band was formed in early 2000. In 2002 the band reached a contract with Century Media and consisted of singer Pat Vigil, guitarists Jase Freakley and Greg Valencia, drummer Ira Harris and bassist Pat Mello. This was followed by tours with High on Fire and Impaled . In spring 2004 the group played as the opening band for GWAR on their US tour. In the summer a tour of the self-titled debut album followed through the USA together with The Black Dahlia Murder , Cattle Decapitation and Goatwhore . After the work on the second album Bastard Son was finished in 2005 , appearances as the opening act for Soilent Green followed in July and August on their tour through the USA. A music video was also created by Kevin Leonard for the theme song. This was followed by appearances together with Exodus and 3 Inches of Blood .

The band plays an aggressive mix of metalcore and thrash metal, with the music being described as a mix of Deceased ... and Lamb of God .
