Wayne D. Bennett
Wayne Bennett Dresden (* 7. November 1927 in Schaller , Iowa ; † 3. September 2015 in Ida Grove , Iowa) was an American politician of the Republican Party .
After graduating from Ida Grove High School, Bennett attended Iowa State University . Bennett was a member of the Iowa House of Representatives from 1973 to 1993 and a Senator in the Iowa Senate from 1993 to 1997 .
