Wayne Pygram
Wayne Pygram (* 13. October 1959 in Cootamundra Shire as Wayne Pigram ) is an Australian actor and director , who through the role of Scorpius in the science fiction - television series Farscape was known.
biography
In addition to his work as an actor, Pygram is also known in the theater world. He is a founding member of the New Moon Theater Company , the New Nimrod Company, and the Riveria Theater Company . He is also known outside of Australia for his intensive work on Shakespeare plays.
Pygram was first seen in 1985 in Lauf dich warm by director Bruce Best . After that he appeared again and again with supporting roles. With Farscape and the follow-up series Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars he made his breakthrough, in 2005 he was hired for the role of Willhuff Tarkin in Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith . He took on the role of the late Peter Cushing , who played Tarkin 28 years earlier. In the television series Lost , he played Isaac of Uluru.
Pygram plays drums in the band Signal Room , of which Anthony Simcoe is a member, who also played in Farscape .
