Weihersberg is a village in the Upper Palatinate . It is a district of Trabitz in the Neustadt an der Waldnaab district in Bavaria .

history

The Hirschberg family owned the country estate in Weihersberg from 1625 until the 19th century . The rural community Weihersberg was established in Bavaria in 1818 by the municipal edict. On January 1, 1975 the community Weihersberg was incorporated into Preißach. On October 20, 1978 Preißach was renamed after the district of Trabitz, where the municipal administration has been based since 1962.
