course
The origin of the hamlet Ach is in the Allgäu Alps, southeast of the Hörnergruppe on the western outskirts of Obermaiselstein . The flowing water is created directly to the west of the Obermaiselsteiner Tunnel ( Kreisstraße OA 9) through the confluence of the Bolgenach , flowing from the west-northwest, and the Schönberger Ach, coming from the southwest .
On its short way to the northeast, the hamlet of Ach flows to Weiler , a northern part of the municipality of Fischen im Allgäu . Shortly afterwards, after crossing the B 19, it flows into the Danube tributary Iller coming from the south .
