The winery Tschäpperli is a Swiss vineyard at the end of the west of Aesch directed Klustales (Rear Klus). Historically, there has been one in 1619 for hereditary fief of the family Blarer of Wartensee, so to rule Bishop Jakob Christoph von Wartensee Blarer . Dieter von Blarer and Steffi Wirth von Blarer have been the owners since 1990. The vineyard area is 3.4 hectares , with an additional 17 hectares of forest area belonging to the property. The company has been managed by Ulrich Bänninger and Barbara Bänninger-Zurflüh for over 20 years. The estate gets its name from the field name of the same name, formerly also Tschöpperli.

The vineyards of today's winery, together with other estates on both sides of the Birs, belonged to France until the pre-Helvetic period, to the Raurak Republic in 1792/93 , and to the canton of Basel from 1814 ; Birseck bailiff . The lease was last five seams “Cluserwein from the advance so sweet from the trotting” at harvest time. The last heir from that time was put on the emigrant list and is registered in contemporary documents as Refugiant Blarer . Today the Tschäpperli winery is an economically sound company with an average annual production of 20-25,000 bottles. In addition, there is the press for 80,000 bottles on behalf of other winemakers. The cellar has a capacity of 85,000 liters of steel tanks and 15,000 liters of large wooden barrels and barriques.

The originally cultivated Elbling and Gutedel varieties have largely been replaced by Blauburgunder , Riesling-Silvaner , Pinot Gris , Garanoir , Diolinoir and Syrah today . There are also some fungus-resistant varieties in trial cultivation. The vines are consistently cordon trained .
