The Weltersbach is a nearly three kilometer long forest stream in the Rhineland-Palatinate district of Bad Dürkheim , which flows into the Speyerbach from the left and northwest .

The Weltersbach rises in the Palatinate Forest in a mixed forest in a deep valley north of the Weltersberg ( 486.2 m above sea level ), east of the Riesenberg ( 517.4 m above sea level ) and southeast of the Leiterberg ( 507.4 m above sea level ) a height of about 353 m above sea level. NHN . It initially flows in an easterly direction for almost a kilometer along the northern foot of the Weltersberg through a narrow and wooded valley, then changes to the south-southeast in front of the Hohen Oselkopf ( 497.7 m above sea level ). Then it squeezes into the steep sloping Kerbtal between the Weltersberg in the west and the Niederen Oselkopf ( 428 m above sea level ) in the east. Finally, it crosses under the state road 499 leading from the Elmsteiner district Schwarzbach to Elmstein and finally flows a good half a kilometer east of the Elmsteiner hamlet Mückenwiese at an altitude of 263 m above sea level.
