World Ski Mountaineering Championship 2010

The 5th World Ski Mountaineering Championship 2010 ( Catalan Campionats del Món d'Esquí de Muntanya 2010 ) took place from March 1 to 6, 2010 in Andorra .

The International Council for Ski Mountaineering Competitions (ICSM) decided in Faverges in 2006 to hold the event in the Gran Valira ski area in the Pyrenees . The ICMS was supported in the implementation and organization of the championship by the Federació Andorrana de Muntanyisme (FAM).

Andorra has already hosted the European Ski Mountaineering Championships in 2005 .
