Welykooleksandriwka ( Ukrainian Великоолександрівка ; Russian Великоалександровка Velikoaleksandrovka ) is a village in the Ukrainian Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with about 2000 inhabitants (2006). Welykooleksandriwka is the administrative center of the district council of the same name .
The village was founded in 1776 is located on the right bank of the Wowtscha in northern Rajon Wassylkiwka 24 km north of Rajonzentrum Wassylkiwka 23 km south of pavlohrad and 84 kilometers east of Dnipro . In addition to Welykooleksandriwka, the district council also includes the villages of Pervomaiske ( Первомайське ) and Preobrazhenske ( Преображенське )
