Velykoploske ( Ukrainian Великоплоске ; Russian Великоплоское Velikoploskoje ) is a village in the Ukrainian Odessa Oblast with about 3300 inhabitants (2001).
The village, founded in 1822, has an area of 6.223 km² and is the only place in the 109.79 km² district of the same name in the west of the Welyka Mychajliwka district .
The place, which today belongs to Ukraine, was a part of the Moldovan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic between 1924 and 1940 and was located here in Tiraspol Rajon .
Welykoploske located in the Black Sea lowlands to 186 m altitude near the border of Moldova breakaway Transnistria , 27 km west from Rajonzentrum Welyka Mychajliwka and 125 km northwest of the Oblastzentrum Odessa .
Territorial roads T-16–15 and T-16–34 cross in the village . To the west of the village is a border crossing to Transnistria. The Transnistrian city of Tiraspol is located 27 km southwest of Welykoploske.
