Wenceslaus Sedlák
Wenzel Sedlák , Czech Václav Sedlák (born August 4, 1776 in Jezbořice , † November 20, 1851 in Vienna ) was a Bohemian arranger and clarinetist . He transcribed orchestral works for harmony music .
In 1805 he was a clarinetist in the Auersperger's service . In 1808 he succeeded Josef Triebensee as the conductor of the harmony ensemble under Alois I in Valtice Castle (Feldsberg). Among other things, he arranged Beethoven's Fidelio and Rossini's The Barber of Seville .
