building
In 2015 it was decided to demolish the cult factory and build the new Werksviertel, including Plant 7 . Pfanni's former potato warehouse (workshop 7) was converted into a theater between 2016 and 2018, which covers an area of 1,500 m² and offers space for almost 700 visitors. On October 18, 2017, Werk 7 celebrated the topping-out ceremony as one of the first buildings in the Werksviertel . A special feature of the theater is the 180-degree stage, which enables the actors to play on three sides. The renovation cost around six million euros.
