Artistic creation

overview

Werner Bünck shaped the modern German gold and silversmith's trade from 1970 with his works. From 1972 onwards he dealt intensively with the subject of vessels and conducts research into form, the interplay of shape and function. The focus is on silver jugs in a sculptural form. In addition to jugs, Werner Bünck also manufactures devices, bowls and vessels made of silver and brass. A small group of metal works is represented by jewelry that was created between the 1960s and 1980s. From 1992, large objects and bowls made of stone in geometric shapes were created. In 2004 Werner Bünck discovered clay for himself. The diverse design options of the clay offer Bünck new freedom. Initially, vases and vessel objects were created from geometric shapes, followed by free works, sculptures and objects. His head shapes represent a focus here. Werner Bünck is constantly busy with painting.
