Werner Forst
Werner Forst (born December 21, 1892 in Magdeburg , † February 3, 1971 in Wiesbaden ) was a German officer who was last lieutenant general in World War II .
Life
Forst served as an officer in the First World War . After the war he was accepted into the Reichswehr and served in various units. During the Second World War he led the 293rd Infantry Division and the 106th Infantry Division as commander .
