Werner Hubrich (politician, 1934)

Werner Hubrich (born October 20, 1934 in Nimptsch , Lower Silesia Province ; † September 5, 2019 in Hohburg ) was a German politician ( CDU ). He was from 1990 to 1994 District Administrator of the district Wurzen and 1994-2004 deputy in the parliament of Saxony .

Life

Hubrich attended the Wurzen elementary school and then completed an apprenticeship that he finished in 1952. He then studied to be a vocational school teacher until 1954. The first teacher examination took place in 1955, the second one year later. He then worked as a vocational school teacher in Wurzen until 1968. In 1962 he had completed a distance learning course at the R. Diesel engineering school in Meißen and in 1972 at the Technical University of Dresden . From 1968 to 1990 he worked as a technical college teacher at the Dahlen / Döbeln engineering school.

Hubrich had been a member of the CDU since 1952 . From 1956 to 1957 he was local group chairman and from 1980 to 1990 a member of the district committee of the CDU Wurzen. From 1990 to 1992 he was chairman of the Wurzen district association. From 1990 to 1994 Hubrich was district administrator of the district of Wurzen . In the state elections in 1994 , he moved into the Saxon state parliament through a direct mandate in the Leipzig Land 4 constituency , to which he also belonged in the third electoral period until 2004 through a list mandate . He was deputy chairman of the European Committee.
