Werner Lueddecke

Werner Lueddecke (born January 23, 1920 in Berlin ; † August 16, 1996 there ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Werner Lueddecke attended a secondary school and did a commercial apprenticeship from 1936. After working as a correspondent , he was drafted by the Wehrmacht in 1941 and then became a prisoner of war .

After the Second World War , Lueddecke started a teacher training course in 1945 and passed the second teacher examination in 1953. In 1954 he became a civil servant and joined the SPD in 1960. In 1962 he became rector and headmaster of the elementary school at Schäfersee in Berlin-Reinickendorf . In the Berlin election in 1967 Lueddecke was elected to the Berlin House of Representatives, and in March 1971 he resigned from parliament.
