Since her mother's death, Jordan Sands has had to look after her father David and younger brother Hunter. Due to financial problems, they move to Dragomir Vukovic's castle in Wolfsberg, Romania , which they have inherited. When they get there, the mysterious Madame Varcolac is waiting for them. Jordan transforms into a werewolf in a laboratory accident. Jordan is now dark, hairy and dangerous to others. This confuses her admirer Goran, who is a young, attractive butcher, very much. Jordan needs to find a way to be herself again quickly. However, she also gets in the way of the nasty Paulina.

- Jordan Sands is the protagonist of the film. Before the laboratory accident, she was a normal and unpopular girl, then she mutated into a werewolf. She has taken over her role since her mother's death.
- Hunter Sands is Jordan's little brother. He's a troublemaker and likes to play pranks. In the end, it turns out that he is a werewolf and belongs to the Vukovics werewolf line.
- Paulina is the film's antagonist . She is a mean and devious vampire who starts dating David Sands after his wife dies. She wants to eliminate Jordan and Hunter, as she did with Dragomir Vukovic.
- David Sands , Jordans and Hunter's father who is dating Paulina.
- Goran is a butcher. He is in love with Jordan.
- Madame Varcolac is the mysterious caretaker of Uncle Dragomir's old castle. Whenever someone calls their name, wolf howls can be heard.
- Debbie is Jordan's best friend.
- Tiffany is the most popular and sneaky girl at Jordan's school.
