Vesselyniwka ( Ukrainian Веселинівка ; Russian Веселиновка Vesselinowka ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kiev with about 1400 inhabitants (2001).
The village is the only settlement of the same name, 76.63 km² large district council in the south of Baryschiwka Raion . Wesselyniwka is located on the bank of the Iltyzja ( Ільтиця ), a 26 km long tributary of the Trubisch and on the territorial road T-10-25 .
The district center of Baryzhivka is located 20 km north and the capital Kiev is located about 70 km northwest of Vesselyniwka.
Personalities
The artist of decorative painting Hanna Sobatschko-Shostak († 1965) was born in the village on October 15, 1883 .
